Vida Lotus is the life work of its founder Michael Ducharme. Born in Ontario, Canada, Michael was inspired by his older brother to find a cure for migraines. In 1984 Sr. Linda Dube taught Michael the scientific method and Sr. Jane Ducharme gave Michael several books on natural healing techniques and taught him a hands on healing technique that she invented.
In 2002, Michael was named Young Entrepreneur of the Year by the Windsor Chamber of Commerce, and in 2003 Michael received an Ontario Business Excellence Award from the Ontario Chamber of Commerce.
That same year, Michael made his business global by moving his headquarters to the Central American paradise called Panama. With plans to provide wellness information, products and services worldwide, the headquarters should be near the center of the globe, in a healthy climate, and near an important shipping hub. Panama’s infrastructure is excellent and its people are peaceful and loving.
