Como Llegar a Vida Lotus por Bus
Arriving by bus is easy. From the Albrook Bus Terminal, take the Chame bus to Capira, and transfer at Minisuper Lily. Then take the Capira-Chica bus to Vida Lotus, at the center of Limon. Or, you can make arrangements with us to pick you up at Campo Alto Restaurant or at the highway entrance to Limon.

Llegar a Vida Lotus por carro es facil!
1. Leave Panama City by either bridge
2. Travel 50km Westbound on the Pan-American Highway, passing Chorrera and Capira
3. Turn Right at the entrance to Panama’s First National Park, marked by the following sign
4. Continue 2.5 km on Via Limon-Chica, while enjoying picturesque forest and ocean view. 400m before our entrance, you will see a giant boulder on your right side.
5. Vida Lotus is on the right side. You will find our sign, followed by an electric gate showing three lotus flowers. There is an intercom at the gate, but it is wise to call us before your arrival for best service.
Notes: It takes about 40 minutes from Panama City, or about an hour from the Tocumen International Airport (PTY).
History of Vida Lotus
Vida Lotus is the life work of its founder Michael Ducharme. Born in Ontario, Canada, Michael was inspired by his older brother to find a cure for migraines. In 1984 Sr. Linda Dube taught Michael the scientific method and Sr. Jane Ducharme gave Michael several books on natural healing techniques and taught him a hands on healing technique that she invented.
In 2002, Michael was named Young Entrepreneur of the Year by the Windsor Chamber of Commerce, and in 2003 Michael received an Ontario Business Excellence Award from the Ontario Chamber of Commerce. Continue reading “History of Vida Lotus”

Como erradicamos las migrañas
Primero diferenciamos entre un ataque de migraña y la condición de sufrir migrañas periódicamente. Podemos eliminar un ataque de migraña en cinco a diez minutos, pero para eliminar las migrañas en general se requiere aprender a vivir en ármonia con la naturaleza y a satisfacer tus nueve necesidades.
Tu e yo tenemos las mismas nueve necesidades; son propias de nuestra especie. Seres humanos somos ilimitados, pero todos compartamos nueve necesidades. Si nos enfocamos en satisfacer estas nueve necesidades primero, seremos verdaderamente libres de florecer en infinitas maneras. No es malo tener mil deseos. Pero si las principales 9 necesidades no estan satisfechas, ni mil adornos te dará satisfacción.
Enseñamos nuestro sistema de sanación en nuestro plan seva. Es un entrenamiento intensivo y transformador.
El Nacimiento de la Fundacion Vida Lotus
La Fundación Vida Lotus ha sido debidamente inscrita en el Registro Público de Panamá. La fundación continuará con el trabajo de su fundador Michael Ducharme después de su muerte. Michael Ducharme trabajó durante muchos años para aliviar el estrés y el dolor de muchas personas en todo el mundo.
