Como Llegar a Vida Lotus por Bus
Llegar en autobús es fácil. Desde la terminal de autobuses de Albrook, tome el bús de Chame a Capira y haga transbordo en el Centro de Capira (Minisuper Lily). Luego, tome el búsito Capira-Chica a Vida Lotus, en el centro de Limón. También puede coordinar con nosotros para que lo recojamos en el restaurante Campo Alto o en la entrada de la via Limón-Chica.
Getting to Vida Lotus by Car
Arriving by car is easy!
1. Leave Panama City by either bridge
2. Travel 50km Westbound on the Pan-American Highway, passing Chorrera and Capira
3. Turn Right at the entrance to Panama’s First National Park, marked by the following sign
4. Continue 2.5 km on Via Limon-Chica, while enjoying picturesque forest and ocean view. 400m before our entrance, you will see a giant boulder on your right side.
5. Vida Lotus is on the right side. You will find our sign, followed by an electric gate showing three lotus flowers. There is an intercom at the gate, but it is wise to call us before your arrival for best service.
Notes: It takes about 40 minutes from Panama City, or about an hour from the Tocumen International Airport (PTY).
History of Vida Lotus
Vida Lotus is the life work of its founder Michael Ducharme. Born in Ontario, Canada, Michael was inspired by his older brother to find a cure for migraines. In 1984 Sr. Linda Dube taught Michael the scientific method and Sr. Jane Ducharme gave Michael several books on natural healing techniques and taught him a hands on healing technique that she invented.
In 2002, Michael was named Young Entrepreneur of the Year by the Windsor Chamber of Commerce, and in 2003 Michael received an Ontario Business Excellence Award from the Ontario Chamber of Commerce. (more…)

Fundacion Vida Lotus is born
Fundacion Vida Lotus has been duly registered in Panama’s Public Registry. The foundation will continue the work of its founder Michael Ducharme after his death. Michael Ducharme worked many years to relieve the stress and pain of many people all over the world.
